PRIMARY art

Catering to Foundation through to Year 6, the primary art program introduces a wide variety of artistic mediums to students. From traditional media such as painting and drawing, to collage, and textiles and 3D media such as ceramics and construction. Each year, activities are planned around a central theme designed to promote creative thinking, problem solving, storytelling and introducing students to art movements throughout history. With each activity, students build technical and fine motor skills and confidence using new and exciting materials.
