My client is Emma Blackwell, a retired geriatrician from Western Australia with a passion for sustainable architecture and community living. She aims to create a nature-inspired, eco-friendly retirement community in Byron Bay that encourages connection, wellbeing, and independence for aging Australians.

Communication Need 1: Design an active retirement community featuring individual living pods connected by communal spaces. The design should balance privacy and social interaction, incorporate natural materials, and complement the Byron Bay landscape.

Communication Need 2: Design a user-friendly website that presents key information about the community. It should have a clear, accessible layout and reflect the same calm, natural aesthetic as the architectural design.
