Environmental and Communication Design Folio

My client Belinda, a wine enthusiast for over 30 years, is starting up a new winery. She has loved wine tastings over the years and wants to create an aesthetically pleasing and sophisticated atmosphere for people to go and immerse themselves in the experience of the location as well as the extraordinary food and wine. Belinda has visited wineries across the world and aims to create something exquisite that stands out on the international stage. She plans to hold wine tastings, winery tours as well as around the Mornington Peninsula which hugs the coastline and has breathtaking views of the bay. Belinda has recently purchased a large block of land in Mount Martha and is looking to open a new winery on the iconic Mount Martha pillars, right on the water; this will be the help to inform her new business, name and brand. Belinda has a small open space to be dedicated to a boutique vineyard but the business will also source grapes from neighbouring vineyards on the Mornington Peninsula. The primary target audience for the winery will be tourists (over 18, of course), wine enthusiasts and people who wish to indulge in breathtaking scenery.
