Unit 4 Art Making and Exhibiting

Following Unit Three, I continued my exploration of abstract art, moving away from florals and focusing more on layering colour. I experimented with acrylic paint and white pencil, looking for new ways to apply paint to a larger scale canvas. As part of my research, I researched the work of Mary Lovelace O’Neal, and wanting to express my own feelings of chaos into vibrant and colourful ways, while still maintaining elements of simplicity.
