My client is Samantha Bradshaw, she is a well-known Melbourne business entrepreneur investing millions into the re-design and establishment of commission flats/public housing in Melbourne. She recognises a significant gap in the public housing industry and aims to create modern, sustainable, and long-lasting designs that can be duplicated to replace the current public housing towers.

Communication Need 1: The design requires a re-design of the exterior of Melbourne’s commission flats/public housing to improve the living standards for residents and to repair the tarnished reputation of the buildings and those who live there.

Communication Need 2: The public housing building requires a concept for the single standard sized apartment to be used as an example for potential residents. Requiring an internal layout including key fixtures, fitting, and joinery, and floor plan for a standard-sized apartment inside the public housing.
