THE LOST THING: WATERCOLOUR PAINTING

- WATERCOLOUR ON PAPER

In response to Shaun Tan’s illustrations for the book and film ‘The Lost Thing’ student used earthenware clay to create their own ‘lost thing’. Students analysed the themes in the film and wrote their own stories about where their ‘lost thing’ may be now...The stories led to students drawing and painting their 'lost things' in a utopian or dystopian environment.
