Unit 3 and 4 Media
SAT Folio and Product
Surveillance is a psychological thriller that follows an ordinary individual who begins to sense that they are constantly being watched. What starts as subtle paranoia quickly escalates into a disturbing realization that their every move is being recorded. Through the use of cold, desaturated tones and high-angle shots, the film builds an atmosphere of unease, drawing viewers into the character’s growing fear and isolation. As reality and delusion blur, the protagonist becomes trapped in a cycle of observation — a chilling reminder that escape from surveillance may be impossible. Inspired by psychological thrillers such as Talk to Me and Paradox, the film targets a younger audience aged 14–30 who are drawn to suspense, tension, and mystery. Surveillanceultimately explores the dangers of constant monitoring in modern life, leaving viewers questioning how much of their own world is truly private.
